Professional Services

Ohm Well provides a range of services, including regulated social work and psychotherapy services, coaching, holistic and energy-based sessions, workshops, and educational resources.

Regulated social work and psychotherapy services are provided by independent contractor Registered Social Workers who are in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and are authorized to practice in Ontario. Each practitioner is individually responsible for maintaining their professional registration, adhering to applicable standards of practice, and complying with regulatory requirements.

A professional therapeutic relationship is established only after a client has completed the required intake process and entered into a formal service agreement with an individual practitioner. Use of this website, submission of an inquiry form, or participation in general workshops or educational offerings does not in itself create a therapeutic or client–practitioner relationship.

It is not intended to replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor should it be relied upon as a substitute for individualized care.

Accessing this website, sending an inquiry, subscribing to communications, or participating in general educational offerings does not establish a therapeutic or client–practitioner relationship.

Ohm Well does not provide crisis or emergency services through this website. Support is available, and reaching out to local resources can provide immediate assistance.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Fees for services will be communicated in advance.

For individual sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled session rate. This policy supports the sustainability of our practitioners’ time and availability.

Workshop and group program registrations are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another participant upon written notice prior to the event. If Ohm Well cancels a workshop or group offering, a full refund will be provided.

Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All content provided through Ohm Well, including but not limited to written materials, worksheets, workshop content, reflections, graphics, branding, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Ohm Well and its practitioners unless otherwise stated.

Downloadable materials are provided for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Workshops and sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of the individual practitioner. Any agreement to record a session must be documented in advance. Ohm Well does not provide workshop recordings unless explicitly stated at the time of registration.

Limitation of Liability

Ohm Well makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on this website and within its services is accurate and current. However, all content and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Participation in services, workshops, or use of website content is voluntary. While our practitioners act in good faith and in accordance with professional standards, individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ohm Well and its independent contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, participation in services, or reliance on provided materials. This limitation does not exclude liability where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website or participation in services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

Ohm Well reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this website.

Continued use of the website or services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage visitors to review this page periodically to remain informed.
